Virco Talent’s Referral Program rewards our valued clients and future affiliates for helping us grow with great people and businesses. We believe great businesses grow through great people. Our referral program is designed to reward affiliates for introducing us to companies or professionals who can benefit from recruitment support, virtual staffing, customer service, lead generation, admin assistance, and more.
Whether you’re an existing client or someone who just knows the right people, you can help others grow and get rewarded for it.
Terms & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY
- Open to all current Virco Talent client and non-client
- Referrals must be new contacts or businesses not currently engaged with Virco Talent.
- You must have a direct relationship with the person or business you refer.
- CLIENT REFERRALS (YOU’RE A VIRCO TALENT CLIENT)
- NON-CLIENT REFERRALS (YOU’RE NOT A CLIENT YET)
- Receive $1,000 in service credits when your referral becomes a paying client.
- You’ll also receive an additional $1,000 in service credits to share with that referral, which they can use to jumpstart their engagement with us.
- These credits can be used across our services — including recruitment, virtual staffing, sales support, or back-office solutions.
Note: These shared credits are intended to help your referral reduce the cost of starting with us, and must be declared at the time of referral.
How it works:
- Credits are issued after your referral signs a service agreement and begins working with us.
- Gift credits (to your referral) must be given at the time of referral submission and are non-transferable afterward.
Option 1
If you’re not a Virco Talent client but know someone who could benefit from our services:
- You can still refer someone.
- When your referral becomes a client, you’ll receive a $500 referral fee.
- The client (the one you referred) will still get $1,000 in service credits to begin.
- If your introduction came from a client of ours, that client still gets $500 in service credits.
This way, we reward the whole chain of value.
Option 2
What your contact receives:
- $500 referral fee when the person they refer becomes a client.
What you receive (if you’re our client):
- $500 in service credits, even if your contact isn’t currently using our services.
What the new client receives:
- $1,000 in service credits upon onboarding.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Referrals must be new contacts who haven’t previously been in touch with Virco Talent.
- Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.
- Rewards and credits are issued only after the referred party signs a service agreement and begins work with Virco Talent.
- Virco Talent reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the referral program at any time.

You automatically receive $1,000 in service credits when your referral becomes a client.
You’ll also get an additional $1,000 in service credits to gift to that same referral — this must be declared at the time of referral.
That’s okay! If the chain leads back to your network, we’ll still honor your $500 in service credits, and your contact will receive $500 as a referral fee — once the final referral becomes a client.
Yes! There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make. More referrals = more credits.

No — the $1,000 referral credit is non-transferable and only available to the person or company you referred directly.
As long as your name was mentioned during their initial contact, or you introduced them to us, we’ll still honor the referral rewards when they become a client — even if some time has passed.
Referral fees paid in cash (e.g., for non-clients) may be subject to tax. Service credits are applied directly to invoices and do not carry monetary value. We recommend consulting with your accountant for your specific situation.
Yes! Once your referral has signed and onboarded, you can apply your service credits to your next invoice or future service engagement.
You can let them know, or we’ll mention it as part of their onboarding — giving them an immediate value boost, courtesy of you!
